This consolidated legal document ("Agreement") governs the use of the website, mobile application, services, software, products and digital platform operated under the name Pickfood.in by M/S Vachana Enterprises.
By accessing, browsing, registering, ordering, transacting, uploading content, partnering or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Means the website, software, mobile application and related digital infrastructure operated under Pickfood.in.
Means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform for browsing, food ordering, self-pickup, making payments, posting reviews and availing services.
Means restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, cafes, food outlets, vendors, merchants or food business operators registered with Pickfood.in.
Means digital intermediary services including food ordering, menu display, payment processing, customer support, order management, pickup facilitation and promotional services.
Pickfood.in acts solely as an intermediary technology platform facilitating transactions between Customers and Restaurant Partners.
Pickfood.in does not cook food, does not manufacture food, does not independently inspect kitchens, does not guarantee ingredients or allergen disclosures unless expressly stated.
Restaurant Partners alone remain responsible for:
Users must be at least 18 years old or use the Platform under parental/legal guardian supervision.
Users represent that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

Pickfood.in may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Customers may browse restaurants, select menu items, place pickup orders and make digital payments.
Restaurants and Pickfood.in shall not be liable for deterioration of food quality due to delayed pickup or customer failure to collect food.
Pickfood.in does not facilitate sale or delivery of liquor, wine, tobacco or prohibited substances.
Pickfood.in reserves the right to levy platform fees, technology fees and convenience charges as displayed during checkout.
Orders may only be cancelled within one (1) minute from placement if preparation has not commenced.
Photographic evidence may be required.
Approved refunds may take between 5–10 business days.
Restaurant Partners shall solely remain liable for:

Breach of payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or platform misuse may cause irreparable harm.

Customers retain all statutory rights available under applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer protections.
Pickfood.in maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities, including fraudulent chargebacks, fake complaints, payment reversals, coupon abuse, identity fraud, and misuse of promotional offers.
Any fraudulent activity may result in one or more of the following actions:
Pickfood.in reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate access to the Platform without prior notice if a user:
Termination shall not affect any legal rights or obligations that have already arisen.
Users acknowledge and agree that electronic communications, electronic invoices, emails, digital consents, agreements, notifications, and records generated by Pickfood.in shall constitute legally valid electronic records under applicable Indian law.
No physical signature shall be required for enforceability wherever electronic acceptance has been provided.
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Courts located at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Pickfood.in reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
